- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- An unboxing video is not provided.
- The return request is made more than 2 days after delivery.
- The product has been used or is not in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
- Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
